3. Can I print my own maps?
Yes. You can receive your map electronically by selecting "electronic file only" on the order form.

4. How long does it take to receive a proof of my map?
You will receive your electronic proof within 7 days of the date of purchase.

5. Do you offer cancellations or refunds?
Only if you cancel your order within 12 hours of the original purchase.

When you place your order.

8. What if I need to make changes after the order has been shipped?

9. Is there an additional charge for written directions?
No.The purchase price covers map and associated directions.

10. What if I want to upgrade my shipping status?(i.e. USPS 2-3 day to USPS next day)
The additional cost will be the price difference between next day shipping and 2-3 day shipping ($14.00).

11. Do I need to supply my own set of directions?
No. We provide written directions for all purchased locations via the most direct and/or shortest route.

12. Can I have my maps printed in color?
Yes. There is an additional charge of $20 to print the total quantity of maps in color.

14. What size are the map cards?
The standard size map cards are 4.25" x 5.5". Larger sizes up to 8 1/2 x 11 are available for an additional fee.
